Mourning Cockscombs (sometimes called Raven Cockscombs) are fairly intelligent yet quite alert animals. If they move in a larger swarm, they will break down into smaller groups of 4-8 people, and they will set up separate guards. Because they usually move at dusk and early in the morning, so they rarely come to mind, even predators can rarely prey on them. Extremely long-lived birds, often in the wild up to the age of 20, live in captivity for up to half a hundred years.
